People move according to their internal programming — childhood patterns, generational habits, unhealed wounds, cultural norms, and subconscious fears.
And sometimes… their programming clashes with our truth.

That clash feels personal.
But it rarely is..

What I’m starting to realize, though, is the difference in how my heart sees love compared to my mind. They communicate love in different ways. They express it differently. Yet, one cannot exist without the other. They need each other.

Yep you guessed it. At first I thought it was going to steal my peace but its like I just had to figure it out for the sake of me and my son. I was determined to get us through trenches.

With time, everything that happened would normally turn a person rigid in their ways, dull or even loose themselves but I began to see it differently.. I learned change isn’t here to break you, it’s here to shape you! how’s that for character development..

Sometimes, the deepest conversations we have are the ones we hold with ourselves — late at night, when the world is quiet and the masks come off. This reflection came to me in one of those moments: lying in a dark room, scrolling through my feed, questioning everything and somehow finding peace in the process.
